Operating out of an eight acre site with a 75,000 square foot factory in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, G F Interiors are enjoying sustained growth since refocusing the company’s direction several years ago.

Established in 1973 as G F Joinery Ltd, we specialised predominantly in the manufacture of quality joinery products until the mid nineties. Subsequently the company’s direction was refocused to that of Principal Contractor within the fast track leisure interior contracting market. Over the next few years, the Company’s turnover saw controlled growth to its present level of £20 million projected for 2008.

This level of increased turnover places GF Interiors as one of the fastest growing companies within the Yorkshire region.

The company services mainly blue chip clients specialising in restaurants, hotels, nightclubs and café/bar fit outs on a nation wide basis including work within environments such as Gatwick, Heathrow & Stansted Airports and major Shopping Centres.

The factory and office location within a mile of the M62 provides an ideal central base for the widespread location of projects undertaken throughout the U.K.

G F Interiors take pride in producing a quality product and provide a service from enquiry stage to completion within the strict time restraints and budgets required by our clients.

GFI presently employ a total of 130 members of staff. The joiners shop comprises of a nucleus of skilled craftsmen, who pass on their skills to the annual intake of apprentices, thereby ensuring a continued level of quality craftsmanship. Likewise there is a strong nucleus of site personnel experienced in the fast track environment.

Operating in such a fast moving industry it is essential to employ quality sub contractors who are well versed in a fast track environment.  G F Interiors operate with a number of time proven sub-contractors in each trade who are very much part of the team.

On fast track projects the professional team and client also work to strict timescales.  G F Interiors have built up a close working relationship with our clients/professional teams, allowing when required, the transfer of design brief outlines, and negotiating contracts, therefore reducing the lengthy tendering procedures to completed projects.

Over the last couple of years GFI has added two further companies to its portfolio to further strengthen the level of service provided.

P.E.D.S. Ltd. – Plumbing, Electrical, Design Services Ltd – a company specialising in all aspects of commercial plumbing, heating and electrical installations.
