The case studies classified in this section are those who’s main trade is drinks led but in common with many pubs these days offer also offer a food services to some degree from snacks to full restaurant style service.

The venues vary from the local pub to the wine bar / bistro.

Some of the smaller units show what can be achieved in style and image change with limited expense.

• Signature Pubs,
  

  Signature Pubs Ltd operate pubs and hotels in scotland.

  This is the first project that we have completed for Signature Pubs Ltd although we have just been award the complete refurbishment of their hotel in Edinburgh. 

• Independents.
  

  The following are case studies from independent operators.

  The Truro project was a major refurbishment whilst the Chalfont St. Peters project is another example of what can be acheived on a small budget.

• Hall & Woodhouse.
  

  Hall & Woodhouse operate in the south from the coast to north of London.

  Though only one case study is shown here, we have carried out other projects in Battersea and Chard.

• St. Austell Brewery.
  

  St. Austells Brewery operates predominately in the south west and operates a wide range of establishments.

  The case studies covered in this section vary from full refurbishments to minor single bar refits and show what can be achieved for limited expence.
