The case studies classified in this section are those which are predominately food led but will still offer some bar service.
The main focus in this section are restaurants which are part of a chain but of course independents also play a large role.
As with all our units the mian message is completed to budget, on time and of a high quality.

Apres

Apres Bars concept is to create an easy going atmosphere that suits every occasion keeping you chilled by day and buzzing by night.
Situated in busy centres you can enjoy morning coffee, to lunch, to afternoon tea, to dinner and then dance the night away.
The ultimate experience catering for all, from the tired shopper, to family outings, to office escapes, to party functions.

Sam & Maxie's

Sam & Maxie’s is a new chain of restaurants inspired by classic American informal restaurants.
Therefore in keeping with this the interior design and fit out has been kept informal though of a high quality.
The current units are located on retail parks in self contained units.
There interiors are a mix of traditional hardwood finishes but also contain some contemporary elements to give a warm inviting ambience.
These units were completed in eight weeks, an achievement considering the first two were prototypes for this theme.

Piccolino's

Although Piccolino’s is a chain of Italian restaurants by the Individual Restaurant Co, it is more a collection of fabulous individual establishments aiming to give a family atmosphere.
There are currently eighteen restaurants and GF Interiors Ltd have refurbished / fitted out all with more planned for the coming year,
Each restaurant is designed and fitted out to a high specification with distinct features to suit the individual building but maintaining the atmosphere.
These units are generally fitted out in a six to ten week contract period depending on size, complexity and location for listed buildings get forever more intricate and many of these units are in historic town centres.

Nando's

Nandos Restaurants are a truly world wide organisation, spread over five continents in thirty two countries.
Nando’s specialise in spicy chicken, a flavour combining Portuguese and South African influence in their “Peri-Peri” spiced sauce.
Here in the UK, they have some 152 restaurants of which GFI have completed half.
Whilst they are all of a similar theme, each has been carefully designed to give an individual feel, which is warm, rustic and inviting.
The average construction time is eight weeks which is a tribute to careful planning and the “Team” approach.

La Vina

La Vina Restaurants are truly authentic Spanish Wine Bars and Restaurants located in city and town centres.
The interiors are carefully designed to create the warm rustic Spanish feel with its rich mellow woodwork, vivid tiling and atmospheric décor scheme to ensure a warm welcome.

La Tasca

La Tasca Restaurants are a highly themed Spanish brand, predominately located in city and town centres and aimed at the full spectrum of clientele.
Each restaurant is carefully designed with its own characteristics but all feature the familiar warm décor that gives it the Spanish feel.
Many of the La Tasca’s have about 200 seats and many have external terraces for that Al Fresco ambience.
From the first opening in Manchester La Tasca’s are now spread across the length and breath of the UK with 56 restaurants from Aberdeen in the north to Exeter in the south.

Frankie & Benny's

This popular restaurant brand has now been around for over ten years and there are now one hundred and forty three units nationally with three units in Spain.
GF Interiors Ltd have been involved in the interior fit out in over one hundred of these units including the Spanish outlets.
They are styled in the Italian American theme with cosy booth seating, old black and white photographs and a bottle lined bar.
They are predominately situated on retail leisure parks and the contract period is six weeks.

Chiquitos

Chiquito’s Restaurants are a highly themed Mexican brand, predominately located on leisure parks, aimed at attracting a broad mix of families, couples, teenagers and large parties.
The Chiquito’s theme has recently been rebranded and now boasts elegant dark hardwood panelling and bars, rich timber floors, bright contrasting seating, natural stonework and light general decor which combined with the subtle lighting creates a warm friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Chiquito’s is part of “The Restaurant Group Plc.”
